  • Single-Cell Resolution

    The flow cytometry-based technology permits the resolution of a wide variety of individual cell types, including rare cell populations, all within a single sample in a single well and at the same time. This is accomplished without the need for cell manipulation or subset isolation, thereby allowing for the subtle dissection of cell-specific interactions.

  • Differential Modulation

    The complex network of cell signaling is interrogated both prior to and following administration of therapeutic agents. This increases the quality and breadth of information available from each sample and permits the construction of functional profiles that are not possible using other currently available technologies.

  • Cell-Cell Cross-Talk

    SCNP provides the ability to identify and interrogate signaling networks within the cell and across cell subtypes over time, providing a systems level view of functional immune signaling.

  • Reproducible and Scalable Processing

  • SCNPDataPortal

    SCNPDataPortal™ is a web-enabled software tool developed for single cell data analytics and custom interactive data visualization of biological responses and statistical summaries. The software enables rapid delivery of data to scientists, while also allowing incorporation of demographic and clinical data or other data types. Users of the software can visually mine the high-dimensional data in a dynamic and intuitive manner to derive systems-biology level insights into disease biology and inhibitor profiles while simultaneously accessing the single cell data. The software also enhances collaboration between scientists across sites including the ability to save and share views.

  • Polarization

    Longer-term SCNP assays can measure the propensity of cells to differentiate towards a specific phenotype, such as pro-inflammatory Th17 cells. Combining long-term polarization data with short-term signaling information provides powerful tools for understanding the mechanism and pathways impacted leading to novel insights for therapeutic targeting.

  • DNA damage

    Understanding the capacity of cells to respond to DNA damage-inducing therapeutics is important for the mechanistic characterization and differentiation of these drug classes. SCNP can functionally assess DNA damage and identify cells with defective repair capacity.
